Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Ophthalmologist role located in Buffalo, NY. The Ophthalmologist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and treat vision disorders and eye conditions, and perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery and glaucoma procedures. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include patient consultations, treatments for a variety of eye conditions, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires maintaining high patient safety standards and leveraging advanced technologies to provide top‑tier care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Ophthalmology
• Experience performing laser procedures and surgeries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultation and collaboration
• Commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in eye care technology
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), with a specialization in Ophthalmology
• Board certification or board‑eligible in Ophthalmology
• Experience in cataract and refractive surgery is highly desirable
