Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Sales Experience : Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Motivation : Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.

Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Licensing Requirement : Must obtain P&C and L&H in PA within a given time frame. Training and Licensing is Paid for by District Office
