Job descriptionManage and administer the company's safety and health programs Travel extensively to job sites, with 11 days on and 3 days off (overtime paid) Supervise and support safety standards across projects Conduct safety training and education sessions Handle insurance claims and management Perform safety inspections and data analysis Investigate incidents and report to management Maintain safety reference materials on-site Participate in pre-work and preparatory meetings Establish and maintain a Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Deficiency Tracking System Manage hazardous chemical information and Safety Data Sheets Maintain weekly high-hazard activity lists Record site safety orientations and training OSHA 30-hour certification and minimum of 2 years construction safety experience First Aid and CPR certifications High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to pass a government background check Availability to travel to project sites, including up to 2 weeks on-site per project

This role is primarily based in Abilene, TX, with potential travel to other locations including Oklahoma, Wyoming, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
Compensation : $30 - $35 per hour plus overtime eligibility
