A company is looking for a Consumer Rights Officer (Remote-NC).
Key Responsibilities
Lead investigations into consumer rights violations and provider practices, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and complete investigative documentation, making recommendations as needed
Serve as a liaison for consumers and stakeholders, handling adverse event reporting and providing training on consumer rights laws
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a Human Services field with NC Clinical Licensure or a Nursing degree with RN licensure in NC
Minimum of four years of recent experience in Mental Health / Substance Use / Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, including consumer rights advocacy
Current unrestricted licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, LCAS, or RN in North Carolina
BASIC National Certification as an Investigator / Inspector through the Council on Licensure, Enforcement & Regulation (CLEAR)
Preferred experience includes five years in MH / SU / IDD with supervisory or management experience
