Responsibilities :

Finishing Department :

Prepare products for staining or painting.
Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line / booth.
Wrap, label, and load products for delivery.

Milling Department :

Receive and record lumber.

Rip lumber for the molder.

Mold and Sand.

Skills Needed :

Use and read a tape measure accurately.

Perform math calculations that include fractions.

Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.

Strong communication skills : written, oral, and listening.

Adhere to procedures and safety policies.

Quality conscious.

Additional Skills that would be a plus :

Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge.

Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery.

Salary : Compensation is based on experience and knowledge of the above skills.
