HVAC Service Technician

• Job Responsibilities :
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC / R systems : air handlers, gas furnaces, heat pumps, dehumidifiers, water source equipment, high efficiency, communicating inverter driven, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements
• Inspect systems and their components to evaluate condition and offer recommendations as necessary
• Recognize primary and secondary system failures
• Evaluate systems for electrical, refrigeration, and airflow problems
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner

• Required Qualifications :
• At least 3-5 years of HVAC / R experience preferred
• NATE Certification Preferred
• EPA Certification
• Comfortable working independently or with others as necessary
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills with clients and coworkers alike
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
