Desktop Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the executive and general user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range : 20-25 / Hr

What's the Job?

• Provide desktop support and technical assistance to executive team members and staff.
• Support A / V and conference room equipment to ensure seamless communication and presentations.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of endpoints, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT walk-up support requests efficiently and professionally.
• Support general IT needs, including hardware and software issues, with limited supervision.
