Job descriptionOutpatient FQHC Community Clinic Typical cases : HIV, Hep C, Hep B Position is 60% Telehealth and 40% in office patient contact Average 16 patients / day Adults only EMR : eClinical Works Support Staff : MD s, RN s, LPN s, MA s, Medical Director, Office Staff, Office Manager Credentialing : 30 Days Require : Board Certified in Infectious Disease, NY license, DEA, BLS Malpractice insurance coverage $1,200-$1,300 per day Tolls reimbursed & weekly pay Email your Resume / CV to Call or text
Location / Schedule : NYC - 3 locations 60% remote telehealth from home and 2 days per week in clinic
- Scheduled at any of the 3 sites but not required if provider has site preference
- Client is flexible
- Either in clinic 2 days per week, remote from home 3 days per week or in clinic 1 day per week and remote from home 2 days per week
