Join Our Team as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Location : Nampa School District
Total Earnings Potential : $91,000 – $106,000 in your first year
Compensation Breakdown :
- Base salary of $80,000–$95,000
- Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (paid monthly)
- Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000
Schedule :
Monday to Thursday : 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM (School days)
Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Friday Program run by Accel at one of the schools)
Accel also hosts a Summer Program at one of the schools during summer break, with a schedule of M-F 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM.On days when school is closed, Accel may offer therapy in the home setting for Friday Program clients.Work Setting : Telehealth Support

What You’ll Do : In the School Setting :
Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School DistrictWork on IEP goals approved by the districtSupport Behavior Therapists in managing behaviorsIn the Friday & Summer Programs :
Design, implement, and oversee data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plansMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on dataPrepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategiesDeliver parent training and ensure high clinical qualityCollaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistencyAcross Both Settings :
Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABALead bimonthly team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growthMaintain 30 billable hours per weekWhat You Bring :
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationExperience working with individuals with autism and developmental needsComfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)TB test, immunization records, and background check clearanceCANS certification is preferredCPI or MANDT training certification is preferredSpanish-speaking is a plusWhy Accel Therapies?
