Facility : 59-bed Acute Primary Care Facility

Type : Permanent, Full-Time Onsite

Salary : Up to $190,000 DOE

Relocation Assistance : Available

Position Summary

Are you a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for leadership and patient care? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team at a 59-bed acute primary care facility in Joshua Tree, CA. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance and bonus eligibility.

As the Director of Nursing, you will :

Administer the nursing program in alignment with the CNO / COO to maintain high standards of patient / resident care.

Advise management, patient / resident care staff, and the hospital CEO on nursing service matters.

Recommend and revise policies, develop organizational structures, and set performance standards.

Interpret nursing service policies and objectives to staff and community groups.

Develop budgets, integrate with hospital guidelines, and comply with Balanced Score Card targets.

Minimum Education / Certification / Experience :

Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

5 years of experience as an RN in a SNF or acute care setting

3 years of experience as a nurse manager or director

Current RN License

Current CPR certification
