WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR RESTAURANT GM - GENERAL MANAGER

  • Lead & Inspire : Recruit, develop, and motivate managers and team members to deliver their best every day.
  • Drive Results : Oversee operations, manage costs, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Own the Guest Experience : Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Solve problems quickly and turn challenges into loyal relationships.
  • Champion Excellence : Keep service, safety, and brand standards at the highest level.
  • Collaborate & Communicate : Partner with vendors, HR, and leadership while keeping your team engaged and informed.
  • Think Ahead : Plan for growth, adapt to change, and build strategies that ensure long-term success.

    • WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a Restaurant GM - General Manager (multi-unit experience is a plus)
  • Strong track record of driving financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standards
  • Ability to build guest loyalty through exceptional hospitality
  • Proficiency in scheduling, forecasting, and use of restaurant management systems (POS, labor tools, inventory)
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience considered)
  • ServSafe or other food safety certification is preferred
