Valley West Healthcare Center is a long-term care and

post-acute care facility, well known for its extraordinary customer service,

retention. We are currently looking for a full-time and a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.

We offer :

• Full-time : $45-$53 / hr DOE

PRN : $50-$55 / hr DOE

Position Summary

The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
