Job Description

Observes patients to detect behavior patterns and report observations and concerns to the registered nurse or behavioral health clinician.

Implements patient-centered care and trauma-informed care.

Creates and supports a therapeutic environment for safe treatment implementation.

Performs observation rounds on assigned patients, documenting in real time, in order to detect behavior patterns.

Utilizes clear and positive communication skills to assess and provide therapeutic intervention for patients' and families' needs and concerns.

Qualification Requirements

High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $16.37 - $26.19
