We are looking for a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within the payments industry, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic call center environment. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences while leveraging various tools and systems to address inquiries efficiently. Fluent in Spanish is required!
Shift : Monday- Friday 2 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm EST
Responsibilities :
- Open and manage trouble tickets to resolve specific customer issues promptly.
- Clearly explain product options, features, and associated charges to customers.
- Utilize designated customer service tools and applications to provide timely and accurate support.
- Follow established procedures to address routine problems, seeking guidance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain quality scores and call center performance metrics.
- Encourage customers to access self-service tools, including web-based options.
- Inform customers about promotions, new products, and available upgrades.
- Provide accurate rate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the customer service team.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to research and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Skilled in email correspondence and clear, precise communication.
- Experience providing accurate customer quotes.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with navigating customer service applications and tools.
- Ability to meet performance metrics and maintain quality standards.
