Warehouse Associate

The purpose of this position is to manage the Warehouse Operations : shipping / receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment and / or other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Responsible for the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday and we currently have two available openings from 6am-3pm and 9am-6pm.

What you'll do :

• Accurate receiving and storage of manufacturing components from outside vendors and other client sites.
• Upload bill of laden, packing list, and other quality documents to a shared location
• Support the shipment of orders to internal and external client customers.
• Support the unloading / loading of materials at docks, receiving of materials, storage of material in appropriate storage zones, preparation and shipping to customer orders, order processing in warehouse inventory system, cycle counting.
• Complete inventory transactions in a timely fashion.
• Ensure material is appropriately labeled during the receiving process.
• Bring up receiving challenges to client support staff as appropriate.
• Provide key customers raw materials and components timely and in full.
• Maintain learning plan at 100% current.
• Follow and implement policies and procedures impacting warehouse activities.
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures. Routinely inspects area for health and safety issues. Assist with implementation of countermeasures from safety incident investigations.
• Follow all GMP, and other regulatory requirements and participate in quality initiatives and audits.
