Job descriptionAnalyze current processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct feasibility studies and recommend new systems, structures, or enhancements. Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Create and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, proactively driving issue resolution. Lead small to medium-sized projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to post-deployment support. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, compliance, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment. Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and execution of requirements. Facilitate training sessions and support adoption of new systems or processes. Develop project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, designs, and user guides for future reference and compliance. Leverage data and feedback to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and project management. Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience : 1015 years of combined experience as a business systems analyst and project manager in a technology-driven environment. Startup or internal tool development experience highly valued. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in business process flow documentation. Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub Projects, or similar project / bug tracking tools. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in forecasting and data analysis. Project management certifications (PMP, CBAP, ScrumMaster) are a plus. Other Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams. Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Overview
We are seeking a Business & Systems Analyst / Technical Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid role. This position blends the analytical expertise of a business systems analyst with the leadership and organizational strengths of a project manager.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing requirements, planning initiatives, and leading technology projects from start to finish . Our environment is fast-paced and evolvingperfect for someone with 1015 years of experience who thrives in dynamic settings, can pivot between priorities, and brings both flexibility and focus as we scale and innovate.

- Partner with stakeholders to collect and validate business and system requirements, document processes, and assess feasibility.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements for development teams.
