Co-Lead Preschool Teacher (3-4 year olds)

PRIMARY

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to the U Philosophy of Learning and U School Approach. Maintain positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, and community partners. Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times by meeting all demands of the position.

• Degree in early childhood education, child development, or child related field. Experience with the Reggio Emilia Approach.
