The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company’s activities from production to service, rebuilds & retrofits, maintenance, and installation of large-scale machinery. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and innovation. , to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidate : This is a high-impact role that oversees a team of 40 to 80 employees. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who possesses strong technical skills, a passion for excellence, resilience, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to engage and inspire.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and coordinate all operational functions : production, service, maintenance, and warehousing, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (efficiency, scrap rate, OEE, and cycle time) to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to industrialize new products and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, control manufacturing costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across diverse teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to support strategic goals.
