Are you ready to be the guardian of excitement? The Point Casino and Hotel is seeking dedicated Security Guards to join our team in creating a safe, welcoming environment where guests can enjoy world-class gaming and hospitality. As a cornerstone of our operations, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and security that makes our casino a premier destination.

What You'll Do

Safeguard Our Community  You'll be the vigilant protector of our guests, employees, and property, maintaining constant awareness while ensuring everyone feels secure and welcome. Your presence will be both reassuring and professional as you monitor our gaming floors and facility.

Uphold Gaming Integrity  Using your keen observation skills, you'll monitor gaming activities to ensure fair play, detect any irregularities, and maintain the highest standards that our guests expect. You'll become an expert at reading the room and identifying when intervention may be needed.

Serve as a Security Professional  You'll enforce Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Enterprise policies and regulatory requirements, working closely with management to address any security concerns through clear communication and swift, appropriate action.

Handle Sensitive Operations  As a trusted team member, you'll be authorized to access restricted areas and may assist with secure transfers of gaming materials, money, and documentation-responsibilities that require both integrity and attention to detail.

Be a Brand Ambassador  Every interaction you have represents our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You'll help create positive experiences that keep guests coming back while maintaining the professional security standards our operation demands.

What We're Looking For

The Right Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of security or law enforcement experience preferred
  • Gaming experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain required gaming licenses (Class III from Washington State Gambling Commission and Class II from Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission)
  • Must pass pre-employment hair follicle drug and alcohol screening
