Requirements  University of Vermont- Champlain Valley Physcians Hospital( CVPH) are looking for one CRNA locum for ongoing full time coverage to start in late March / very beginning of April.

• Client want to keep max rate at $325 per hour.Anticipated Procedures / Surgeries per Week : Four to six cases per day, depending upon the specialty, the surgeon, and average case duration. If assigned to GI endoscopies, then 10-12 cases per day.Description of Work Assignment : Four days per week 07 : 30a - 5 : 30pm Monday- Thursday or Tuesday-Friday at CVPH in Plattsburgh,No night or weekend call.Location of Work Assignment : CVPH Medical Center (UVMHN), Plattsburgh, NYBreakdown of Clinic Days / Sessions and / or OR Days : Five days per week, 07 : 30a - 5 : 30p. No call per se. No weekends or holidays.Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform : Ortho, ENT, General Surgery, Gyne, Plastics, Podiatry, GI endo. No peds required. Anesthesiologists perform blocks. No OB unless to cover a C-section with anesthesiologist's spinal or epidural.CRNA's will be supervised.EMR : EPIC
