The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the store's front-end. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction. The role also involves ensuring store standards and company programs meet all operational expectations, maintaining the front-end and exterior of the building, and performing all team leader functions to open and close the store when needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
