Position : AR Specialist Type : 6-Month Temp to Perm / Permanent Location : Hanover, PA Work Schedule : 5 days a week About the Role : As an AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This position offers a pathway from a temporary to a permanent role, providing long-term career growth for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities : Manage and process customer invoices and payments Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts Perform account reconciliations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and collections What We’re Looking For : Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of billing and collection processes Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Outstanding communication and organizational skills
