Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affordable Community Manager located in Greenville, SC. The Affordable Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, handling tenant relations, and coordinating with maintenance and development teams to ensure the well-being of the community. The role involves regular interaction with tenants, addressing their issues, and maintaining the overall harmony of the community.

• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Housing Programs
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Budget Management and Financial Reporting
• Leadership and Team Coordination abilities
• Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in affordable housing or a similar field is a plus
