Key Responsibilities
Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening
Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
