Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Aurora, Colorado.

Job Duties

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric and fetal echocardiographic examinations, including 2D, M-mode, color Doppler, and spectral Doppler imaging.
  • Acquire, analyze, and report echocardiographic data on patients with complex congenital and surgically repaired congenital heart disease.
  • Prepare and document complete, accurate echocardiographic reports using established protocols.
  • Utilize GE and Philips ultrasound systems for daily imaging tasks.
  • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members to provide high-quality diagnostic information.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding echocardiographic procedures as appropriate.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and may provide coverage during weeknights or weekends.
  • May float to additional Children’s Hospital Colorado locations within the system of care (Aurora, Broomfield, Highlands Ranch, Wheatridge, and Denver).
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Cardiac Sonography program .
  • Active ARDMS PE (Pediatric Echocardiography) or CCI RCCS (Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer) certification.
  • Current BLS certification .
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing pediatric echocardiograms, including scanning complex congenital and post-surgical cases.
  • Proficiency in performing full measurements and writing complete echocardiographic reports.
  • Experience with GE and Philips ultrasound platforms.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to multiple campus locations as needed.
