CPA Licensed Valuation Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst or Associate, Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

Review valuations prepared by investment teams and external valuators, verifying key assumptions

Develop and review valuation models for select investments and prepare management reports

Support mid-year valuation cycles and maintain comprehensive records of valuation activities

Required Qualifications

CPA or international equivalent (CA, ACA, ACCA) required

CBV designation or pursuing CBV, or CFA designation, or CFA Level 2 candidate

Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies for private market investments

Experience in private equity or private debt valuations

Understanding of IFRS fair value accounting
