Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is actively hiring Electrical Foremen to lead field crews on complex industrial electrical projects. As a working leader, you will supervise 810 electricians and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC standards. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong field knowledge, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between field personnel and management. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations for crews of 810 electricians and apprentices on industrial project sites

Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite

Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met

Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations

Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness

Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently

Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs

Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols

Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred

Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, controls, and NEC compliance

Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in fast-paced environments

Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital tools to communicate and track progress

High school diploma or GED preferred

Must represent Beargate with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic
