Senior Technical Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Product and Engineering roles, focusing on AI engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and offer negotiations

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in talent acquisition focused on AI engineers across the US, particularly in the Bay / Silicon Valley area

Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth industry
