We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing leadership team as a Charge Nurse. In this role, you’ll provide direct resident care while supervising CNAs and supporting day-to-day nursing operations to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant care.

Schedule Options
12-Hour Shifts
Days – Full Time
Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Days – Part Time
Flexible scheduling available
Nights – Full Time or Part Time
Every other weekend included
Pay & Benefits
Up to $37.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift differential available

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Supervise CNAs and nursing staff during assigned shifts
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete accurate documentation and charting
Monitor resident condition changes and notify providers as needed
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Support quality assurance and survey readiness efforts
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Missouri or multi-state) required
Minimum six (6) months nursing experience preferred
CPR certification required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
