JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement systems and processes. This position requires a strong background in electronic engineering, experience in measurement environments, and familiarity with applicable
standards. Knowledge of the ISO 17025 standard is preferred.
- Collaborate with third-party governments and standard institutions in the developmentand refinement of industry standards and test methods for security metal detectors.
- Analyze customer requests and requirements, conducting thorough testing andanalysis to devise tailored solutions that best meet their specific applications.
- Collect and analyze measurement data, providing detailed technical reports andactionable recommendations for improvements and optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust metrology systems and procedures to ensurehigh standards of measurement accuracy and precision.
- Perform calibration and validation of measurement instruments and equipment,adhering to industry standards and company protocols to ensure reliability andconsistency.
- Keep comprehensive records of calibration procedures, measurement data, andequipment maintenance to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide expert training and guidance to technical staff on measurement techniques,best practices, and the use of metrology equipment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.Proven experience working in a measurement environment, including the use of precision measurement instruments and systems.Strong understanding of measurement principles and applicable standards.Familiarity with calibration procedures and techniques.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.J-18808-Ljbffr
