Countertop Lead Installer

Location : San Diego, CA

Compensation : $30–$40 / hour depending on experience and equipment (top rate for those with own truck and tools)

Job description :

We’re currently seeking an experienced Countertop & Specialty Installer with proven skill in high-end shower systems and full-height fireplace installations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality results. Candidates with the ability to provide their own truck and tools will qualify for the top end of the pay range.

Our client works on premium residential and custom projects, offering steady, local work with reputable builders and designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install stone, solid-surface, and engineered countertops with precision.
• Assemble and install high-end shower systems and full-height fireplace surrounds.
• Perform accurate field measurements, verify specs, and prepare job sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and project managers.
