Summary :

This job is responsible for receiving, stocking and tracking. This position also ensures the accuracy of deliveries, stock or non-stock, for resolving delivery shortages with carriers, and maintaining inventories and par levels. Also for following HACCP guidelines for receiving and stocking.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect and receive all food items in at proper temperatures. Store refrigerated and frozen foods within one hour of delivery. Follow City of Dallas Health inspector's guidelines. Follows HACCP guidelines for receiving and storage. Clean work area as assigned.
• Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment delivered to the department. Identify proper carton count with driver and compare packing slip information with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; resolve shortages with carrier. Assist in returning supplies / equipment according to established time frames.
• Lifting up to 80 lbs

Hourly Pay : $23
