This job is a member of the Flight Training & Standards team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Flight Training & Standards Management Staff.
What you'll do :
- Interacts professionally in a service-culture environment while assisting with training administrative and personnel matters
- Answers phones, general questions and assists with walk-in traffic
- Assist Fleet Training Managers with new Check Pilot (CKP) onboard tasking
- Track / manage / schedule new Check Pilot (CKP) training qualifications
- Schedule daily administrative tasks for departmental personnel
- Assist Fleet Training Managers with special projects
- Prepare Performance Review documentation for pilot trainees
- Track CKP sick, vacation, per dieum expenses
- Maintain working knowledge so as to provide support using Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Adobe, Acrobat, Powerpoint

Prior employment as Admin within Flight, Flight Operations, Flight Training or SafetySkills, Licenses & Certifications :
Minimum typing skill of 25 W.P.M.Skilled in Microsoft Office software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the softwareMust fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicableMust be able to secure appropriate airport authority and / or US Customs security badges, if applicableSuccessful candidate must be comfortable and adaptable to changes, in a health and safety COVID world. Candidate will be working in an environment where wearing a mask may be mandatory. Guidelines must be followed for social distancing, sanitization, health screenings, and personal protection equipment (PPE).What you'll get :
