As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Monitor for unusual activity, potential security-related hazards, and report findings according to established protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment in a tech, media, and telecom setting.

Document and communicate observations, incidents, and / or issues as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
