The Billing/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for performing the pre-billing functions at the agency level and submitting to the management company for processing per the billing calendar. In addition, the Billing/Data Entry Specialist must assist in effective, precise and timely entry of all the patient information related to Clinical Services, OASIS documents, physician orders, and confirming all clinical documentation in software as it is submitted by the clinical staff.
