  • Build or repair Pipe in Fabrication Shop, or repair in Ship-Yard setting
  • Cut, shape, fit, or join Pipe or other construction materials with torch
  • Cut and Bevel
  • Perform safety inspections in construction or resource extraction setting
  • Read and interpret blueprints and Bluebook
  • Use measuring devices in construction math calculations
  • Understand Take-Off's & specifications
  • Move or lift heavy objects using Overhead Crane and Rigging
  • Plan or organize work read technical drawings
  • Determine project methods and procedures
  • Fitting tools such as (tape measure, square, level, grinder, torch)
  • Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications
  • Use hazardous materials information, adhere to safety procedures

    • Pipefitter with 4+ years of shipyard experience.

    Pass a drug screen and physical

    Written Pipefitters test required along with skills test
