This is a permanent position

Ideal candidates will be internal medicine (IM) trained hospitalists and board certified or board eligible

17-20 patient encounters per day (admissions & rounding)

Average census of 16

131 hospital beds

12 hour shifts

1 rounding day physician (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) plus one APC

7 on / 7 off block schedule

Nights covered by APC. Daytime hospitalist takes night telephone call

ICU beds covered by intensivists M-F; Hospitalist team covers nights and weekends

Rapids & codes required

Vent management required

Cerner EMR

Family Medicine training accepted
