Role & Impact Design is core to how Blinq worksand how it feels. As a Staff Product Designer, youll lead design across our most important surfaces, shaping the experience of real-world connection for millions. Youll drive big, cross-platform bets from end-to-end : uncovering deep insights, crafting intuitive journeys, and helping us set the design standard for a new category. This is more than polishing pixels. Its a chance to define how people connect in the moments that matter mostclearly, instantly, and memorably.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Webfrom insight to execution
• Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense
• Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone
• Test, learn, and iterate fast to run lean loops to get real-world feedback into the product
• Push design thinking forward and bring perspective, challenge assumptions, and elevate the bar across the team
