Admissions Representative - Part-time Weekend Evening / Overnight ER

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time, 8hrs / week, Admissions Representative to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission : Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.

Our Admissions Representative is an essential part of our Admissions team who is responsible for greeting patients and / or their representative in a friendly manner, gathering demographic and payment information, and communicating with other departments. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure / stressful situations are essential.

The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with long periods of sitting and / or standing, and frequent repetitive motion of the hands / wrists involved. Training for position will consist of weekday hours. Once completed, hours will be mainly weekends and holidays, with potential of weekday hours as needed.

Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
