California Licensed Genetic Counselor

A company is looking for a Clinical Content Specialist-Temp.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing patient / provider education materials related to carrier screening

Research genetic conditions and create patient-friendly summaries

Collaborate with genetic counselors and physicians to edit educational materials

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or equivalent degree

Board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics

Three or more years of clinical and / or laboratory experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Experience with the creation of patient education materials preferred
