Skills & Qualifications

• Phoenix, AZ-based with the ability to meet regularly with leadership in-person
• 5+ years of UI / UX design experience, including significant work with MVPs, Figma, and product strategy
• An impressive portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality UI / UX design for web and mobile
• A natural communicator and strategic thinker who can speak the language of design, product, and business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and lead a design team
• Comfortable being client-facing and working alongside the sales team to drive new UI / UX business
• Interested in growing into a C-level role as the company scales
• Bonus : Experience with product management, user research, or front-end development
