General Statement of Responsibilities :

At J&Y Law, the Intake Team Lead supports the Intake Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the Intake Department, including scheduling, training, coaching, mentoring,

quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC), and other management-related tasks. The Intake Team Lead serves as a role model and mentor to the Intake Specialists, fostering an

environment focused on exceptional client service and achieving department goals. Additionally, the Intake Team Lead assists with business systems configuration, process optimization, and the integration of firm technologies.

Responsibilities :

The Intake Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Intake Manager in the following areas :

Operational Oversight

Training and Mentorship

Quality Assurance and Reporting

Business Systems Configuration and Integration

Administrative and Client Support

Team Collaboration
