A company is looking for a Dispute Resolution Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Direct management of staff performance, including training and mentoring
Develop and implement policies and procedures based on industry trends and legislative requirements
Compile and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Required licensures, professional certifications, and / or Board certifications as applicable
Knowledge of provider billing and collection practices
Understanding of effective negotiation principles
Proficiency with software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
