Senior Java Development Lead

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Development Lead with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot , AWS , PostgreSQL , ReactJS , and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot .
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS .
• Integrate and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) optional.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL .
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
