Job descriptionResponding to and handling all incoming calls to the Intake Department in both a timely and professional manner. Ensuring proper procedures are adhered to so that all intake appointments are appropriately booked and authorized while providing initial insurance verification prior to the client visit. Filling out client intake forms and assigning clients to the appropriate program. 1-3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Knowledge of third party insurance benefits, eligibility, and billing procedures preferred. Must be able to calculate figures to provide treatment costs; calculator permitted. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and confidential information required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel, both within and outside company required

Location : Outpatient Treatment Program in Millbury, MA
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm
Pay rate : $20.70-$23.97 / hour
