Requirements : 5+ Years Experience as Project Manager for Stone & Tile Subcontractor or Self Performing General Contractor

Based in LA with an office near Piedmont, CA - We are a leading custom stone & tile general contractor that works with high end 5 star hotels, casinos, commercial high rises and homes around the US. We have multiple multi-million dollar projects starting soon and are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team to oversee day to day operations of those upcoming projects.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be part of a highly technical & widely diversified specialty construction company. With a company philosophy based on teamwork and creative management.

Responsibilities Include

• Planning and overseeing a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end.
• Keeping track of supplies & Balancing the budget
• Collaborate with subcontractors
• Ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired
• Oversee RFPs and contracting process for architects, engineers, contractors, and other project consultants
• Effectively leverage existing GC & Supplier contacts to win work
• Bid / Estimate projects for award
• Track project schedules and monitor progress and delays.
• Manage financial analysis to keep project-specific economic models up to date.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Assist in preparing the financial and market feasibility analysis of projects.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance against the baseline financial models & estimated procurement & installation methods prepared as part of the feasibility analysis once the development program is established.
