Tele / Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Chicago, IL | $58 / hr

Now hiring Telemetry / Med Surg RNs in Chicago, IL ! This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses seeking a 13-week day shift contract or per diem shifts for added flexibility.

Pay Rate : $58.00 per hour

Job Type : 13-week contract (Day Shift) & Per Diem Opportunities

Location : Chicago, IL

Experience Required : 2+ years

Job Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and medical-surgical patients

Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms and vital signs

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions

Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Illinois

Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry / Med Surg experience

BLS & ACLS certifications required

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
