Each year, Horizon House provides a continuum of services at over 100 sites to over 4,500 adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol addictions, and / or homelessness. Currently, we are seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Nurse Specialist to work in our Developmental Services Division.

Some duties to include :

• To provide clinical assessments, evaluations, medication management, psychiatric

treatment and crisis assessment / intervention.

Qualifications :

Practitioner Certification; Current unencumbered licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
