Summary
Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Digital, the Director of E-Commerce will lead the strategy, growth, and optimization of our digital business across all channels, including our brand site and Amazon. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless, revenue-driving online experience while building a strong foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term strategy, execution, and results for Winky Lux's DTC business.
Drive profitable sales growth while ensuring a customer-first site experience.
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, site enhancements,updates and partnerships with digital agencies.Monitor and analyze site performance and share-outs, while delivering actionable insights on conversion, AOV, bounce rate, new customer acquisition, and more.Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to optimize the online assortment and merchandising strategy.Oversee site content, SEO, CRO, and technical optimization of WinkyLux .Share consumer insights from digital interactions to guide brand strategy and innovation.Liaison with Agency Partner to ensure digital brand marketing, including Paid Social, is driving DTC results. Partner with Creative & Marketing to launch products and deliver engaging, conversion-driven content.Manage and lead the CRM function in conjunction with Agency Partner , lifecycle and performance marketing, including email, SMS, digital paid, acquisition, and retention.Optimize and manage the Affiliate program on Impact while driving growth and revenue achievement and profitability.Manage the Amazon channel strategy in partnership with Agency Partner to ensure KPIs are met, creative and SEO optimization is executed while meeting sales goals and growing the businessQualifications
7-10 years of experience in e-commerce and / or digital leadership roles.Strong financial acumen and track record of driving site performance and delivering results in sales, conversion, and acquisition.Advanced expertise with Shopify Plus, Impact, Klayvio and related apps.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
