Material Handler

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team on the 1st Shift. In this role, you will spend 50% of your time operating a forklift and the remaining time on various warehouse and production tasks. Your responsibilities will include replenishing lines, transporting materials to production lines, and loading and unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

• Replenish production lines with necessary materials.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Check in drivers and manage incoming shipments.
• Operate sit-down electric forklifts indoors and sit-down propane forklifts outdoors.
• Pick up, weigh, and wrap skids and boxes.
• Move products around the facility.
• Count, weigh, and verify skids and boxes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
